I'm an experienced journalist, writer and editor with a passion for storytelling.
I've written a lot about sports over the years -- but also about business, health, science and much more. I've spent time as a columnist (general interest) at a daily newspaper. And I've worked in communications at a couple of Canadian universities. I worked as a reporter at the 2010 Olympic Games.
Currently, I am managing editor at Gameday London (www.gamedaylondon.com)
A mental health advocate, I founded London's Walk & Talk for Mental Health in 2014 -- and organized the event for 8 years, raising around $260,000 for local mental health resources in London and area.
An over-the-hill athlete, you can still find me riding trails on a mountain bike or playing golf poorly. I serve on the board of Athletes for Africa.
